THE PROCESS

Mail-In Shoe Repair, Step by Step

You don’t need to live near a cobbler to get professional repairs. Here is how it works from start to finish.
FOUR STEPS

From Your Closet to Our Bench and Back

01

Tell Us About Your Shoes

Start a repair request with the type of shoes and the work they need. Photos help, but our cobblers assess every pair in person.
02

Receive Repair Instructions

We reply with where to send your shoes and how to pack them. Any sturdy box works.
03

Send or Bring Them In

Ship your shoes from anywhere in the country, or bring them by if you are local to College Park, Georgia.
04

We Restore Them

Our cobblers inspect the shoes, confirm the work with you before starting, and restore them properly.

THE WORK

Real Cobbling, Not a Quick Patch

Every pair is inspected by hand. Soles, heels, welts, linings, and hardware are assessed before we recommend anything, and you confirm the work before it starts.
BEFORE YOU SHIP

Common Questions

Do I need original packaging? No. Any sturdy box that protects the shoes works. A little padding is enough.

What if my shoes cannot be repaired? If a repair is not possible or not worth the cost, we will tell you before any work begins.

Do you repair all shoe types? Dress shoes, boots, heels, loafers, sneakers, and sandals are all common. See Repairs for the full list.
