Resoling and Heel Repair
Worn-through soles, collapsed heels, and separated outsoles. The most common repairs, and the ones that add the most miles back.
LEATHER
Conditioning and Restoration
Deep conditioning, color restoration, scuff repair, and crack filling to bring dry leather back before it fails.
STITCHING
Seam and Welt Repair
Open seams, broken welt stitching, and lining repairs, resewn by hand or machine depending on construction.
STRUCTURE
Toe Box and Counter Repair
Collapsed toe boxes and broken heel counters rebuilt so the shoe holds its shape again.
HARDWARE
Buckles, Zippers and Eyelets
Replacement buckles, zipper pulls and tape, snaps, and D-rings matched to the original finish as closely as possible.
SNEAKERS
Sole Separation
Delaminating midsoles and sole separation at the toe or heel, re-bonded with professional adhesives rated for flex.
BOOTS
Work, Western, and Dress Boots
Resoles, heel rebuilds, welt stitching, zippers, and leather care for boots that earn their keep. Good boots are built to be rebuilt, and a rebuilt boot is already broken in.

Full and half resoles, heel blocks, top lifts.

Re-welting and restitching where construction allows.
WOMEN'S FOOTWEAR
Heels, Boots, and Flats
Refined work for shoes that are worn hard and loved.
Heel tips and stacked heels, sole protection, strap and hardware repair, zippers, stretching, and refinishing. Delicate leathers and finishes are assessed before anything is recommended.
DRESS SHOES
Oxfords, Derbies, and Brogues
Full and half resoles, heel caps, toe taps, conditioning and polish for leather that deserves to last. Welted dress shoes can be resoled more than once, and usually should be.
