What People Ask
How does mail-in shoe repair work?
You start a repair request, we send you instructions, you ship your shoes to us, we inspect them and confirm the work with you, then we repair them and ship them back.
Do I need a specific carrier or box?
No. Any sturdy box works, including the original shoe box if it is in good shape. We accept shipments from all major carriers.
How do I know what the repair will cost?
You do not commit to anything before we have seen the shoes. After inspection we confirm the work and cost with you before starting.
What types of shoes do you repair?
Dress shoes, boots, loafers, heels, sandals, and sneakers. See Repairs for details.
What if my shoes cannot be repaired?
If a repair is not possible or not worth the cost, we will tell you and return your shoes.
Do you restore color on leather?
Yes. Conditioning, surface color restoration, and finish work on leather uppers. Results vary by material and original finish, and we describe what to expect before we start.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the work. We give you a timeline once we have assessed the shoes.
Can I drop my shoes off in person?
Yes, if you are local to College Park, Georgia, through our sister shop, College Park Shoe Repair.
